We are looking for a Lead Design Engineer to join our Timișoara team, who confidently takes on responsibility and is motivated to successfully carry out their tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Civil engineering design tasks related to industrial and infrastructure facilities
• Preparation of feasibility studies, conceptual designs, permitting, and detailed design documentation
• Coordination and management of design processes
• Professional oversight of the design team
• Supervision of technical documentation

You will feel at home here if you:

• You have at least a BSc degree in Civil Engineering
• You have at least 5 years of experience in road design
• You work precisely, but also understand the system as a whole
• You don’t just take part in projects, you are also able to lead them
• You work well in a team and can also motivate others
• You communicate confidently in English and/or Hungarian; German is an advantage
• You are open to travel and varied working environments
